Hygiene & Workwear
At Hotell Södra Berget, we don't walk around smelling of cigarette smoke or sweat.

Smoking for staff takes place outside the loading dock. Pimp in the ashtray and not on the ground.

We bring complete and clean clothes to work.
We neither eat, drink nor chew gum in front of our guests.
We do not smell cigarette smoke during working hours.
We do not snuff in front of guests.
We are not "over perfumed".
We do not have dangling or large jewelry.
We have a well-groomed appearance, long hair is kept up.
We think about our personal cleanliness.
Visible piercings such as nose rings and eyebrows etc. not accepted.
We only use the company's uniform on duty during stamped duty.

Health is important!
Do any physical activity that suits you, eg swimming, walking, cycling etc. for at least 30 minutes. Write it down on the activity card and when you have reached 10 occasions, leave the completed activity card in Nicla's compartment at reception. When we have received 10 completed activity cards, we will draw a winner.

Fatigues
Uniform/Work clothes are assigned to you by the respective department manager.

The person in charge in your department takes care of sizing and ordering the garment that your position requires.

We work in black/dark covering shoes, not slippers such as birkenstocks, flip flops, etc
Remember that you come to work with whole and clean clothes when you represent the company.
Work clothes may not be used privately. Everything clean and tidy!
