Anyone who needs to borrow a master key to e.g. enter storage rooms, hotel rooms or other locked spaces must sign the key at reception with their full name and phone number. 
The reception has every right to refuse a key and question what you need it for.  
Key is returned the same day at the hotel reception.

The personnel who have signed out the key are responsible for it.
Lost keys must be reported to the nearest manager who contacts Niclas.
Keep in mind that our keys go to the entire company and it would be devastating if we got keys by mistake.
