In our basic Day Spa package, you have access to a steam sauna, Japanese ablution, dry sauna, bathing in a cold and hot pool, whirlpool, terrace pool, relaxation room with rest cradles, experience shower, etc. Feel free to alternate relaxation with activities and movement in our newly renovated gym or in Södra Berget's fine exercise track.
Come as you Are. With us, the loan of a nice bathrobe, slippers and soft towels is included. You also have free access to shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion as well as tea, fruit and cold drinks.

You can choose between the following times.
Monday to Saturday 11.00 - 15.00,
15.00 - 19.00 or 19.00 - 22.00 (Saturdays until 23.00)
Sundays, 11.00 - 14.00 or 14.00 - 17.00
Extra evening opening 11.00 - 22.00 at VIDA SPA, Sunday 31/3.
Weekend prices also apply to public holidays as well as all heartsTan's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, etc.
VIDA SPA has an age limit Tuesday - Sunday, 13 years.
On Mondays we welcome children aged 4-12 years,
11.00 - 19.00
Everyone over the age of 13 pays the adult price.
Spa entrance is not included in hotel bookings where you only book accommodation. We recommend that you, who have only booked accommodation, pre-book your place at VIDA Spa well in advance of arrival.

Treat yourself to a unique annual pass for spa entrance with us at VIDA SPA. Where your body and soul can rest and gather new strength and energy. An atmosphere of peace and quiet with a mile-wide view of forest, mountains & sea.
The annual pass is personal and is valid for 1 year. It can be used every day during our opening hours.
As an annual pass customer, you can also use our fine gym.
You don't need to pre-book your place at the spa, but you always have a guaranteed place for you and a friend. (accompanying friend pays entrance fee.
You with an annual pass, pay only SEK 145 for SPAW (for a light dish and green smoothie).
Personal offer for annual pass holders 10% on all spa products and spa treatments.
You buy the annual pass at VIDA Spa price SEK 4950/person.
We sell a limited number of annual passes per year, we reserve the right to sell out.

SENIOR SPA
Treat yourself to a lovely day at the spa.We offer you as a senior, entrance to the Spa department including a lunch of your choice for only SEK 395/person. In addition, you only pay SEK 480 for an optional 25-minute treatment, word price SEK 575.
